Welcome to Treta Homestay Ayodhya! We are delighted to have you as our guest. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, which is a percentage of the total stay cost. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Please ensure that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early or late check-ins can be arranged upon request.
  • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

5. Changes to Reservations

  • Any changes to your reservation, including date changes or room upgrades, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.

6. Special Requests

  • We strive to accommodate special requests such as dietary requirements, room preferences, and accessibility needs. Please inform us of any special requests at the time of booking.

7. House Rules

  • Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests. Any damage or excessive noise may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.

8. Liability

  • Treta Homestay Ayodhya is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
